    which Jim Broome developed as a holistic, humanistic approach.
    These coaching sessions are provided by Jim Broome.

PROCEDURE

Personality Coaching for Teams

The ability to provide and to receive feedback to and from others with the goal of improving team effectiveness is the core method of our Team Development Coaching.
We offer this service as a focused one or two day workshop or in a continuous process of 3-hour team sessions.

Business Coaching for Teams

Traditional Business Coaching on areas mentioned above and other topics are facilitated in one or two day workshops.

COSTS

Daily rate for Team Coaching Workshop  € 1500,-

​

Single team session (3-4 hours)   € 800,-

​

Package of 3 team sessions  € 2000,-
