These coaching sessions are provided by Jim Broome.

We see the human being as an individual which is a construct of four Personality Factors: Mind, Soul, Body and Social Environment. In our coaching sessions we address all four dimensions:

One’s body: expressiveness, vocal resonance, non-verbal expression, posturing, breathing, bioenergetics, yoga and meditation

One’s soul: emotional intelligence, awareness of self and others, empathy, feelings and thoughts, ability to love and trust, dealing
with anger, fear and frustration

One’s mind: methods of creative thinking, clear and unobstructed perception, rational-emotive approaches, mind-challenging case studies

One’s social environment: understanding of team dynamics,
team feedback, encounter exercises, trustful relationships, partnering, team development

PROCEDURE

Both the Traditional Business Coaching and Personality Coaching include an individual analysis consisting of an in-depth interview and a variety of psychological tools like our
360° and Upward Feedback. The coaching is customized to your individual needs.
