We conduct a 60-minute interview with you, and after submitting a few tests and inventories to you, construct a tool that matches your individual competencies.
After your consent, we will start the 360°-process with your selected raters, generate a report and provide you with a feedback session, analyzing the report and suggesting developmental opportunities.
We dive deeply into your leadership personality and derive an authentic model of yourself.
