PROCEDURE

We conduct a 60-minute interview with you, and after submitting a few tests and inventories to you, construct a tool that matches your individual competencies.

After your consent, we will start the 360°-process with your  selected raters, generate a report and provide you with a feedback session, analyzing the report and suggesting developmental opportunities.

We dive deeply into your leadership personality and derive an authentic model of yourself.

Personal feedback on perceived behaviour based on various observation criteria:

 

  •  The feedback recipient receives anonymous feedback
